Smiles Worth Raving About
“I have never before been to a doctor's office where every single employee is friendly, introduces themselves, and welcomes you to the office. The doctor provides excellent service as do all the assistants, office, and finance staff. Excellent payment plans and discounts for those without insurance. Came highly recommended from an excellent oral surgery practitioner. Excellent testimonial to an employer is the longevity of the staff. Many of his staff have been with him for many years. You can't go wrong with Alamo City Orthodontics.
“I took my son to Dr. G after seeing another orthodontist for two years. I wish I would’ve found Dr. G first. He is so knowledgeable and his staff is so friendly. I highly recommend him. Not only does he do a great job but he keeps you as a parent well informed of the process and the steps going forward. My son has been going to him for about six months in the 8 month process to correct his teeth where the other Orthodontist failed.
“I just have to say the doctors and staff are amazing. I have felt so welcomed and comfortable coming to the office. Amazing assistants! They have always been so kind, sweet, and caring to my needs. If you’re looking for a devoted Orthodontist with a welcoming office, look no further! Definitely 5 star treatment.
“The doctor and staff are the best! The office runs so smoothly its like a breath of fresh air. This is our 3rd time returning to Alamo City Orthodontics. They have worked on myself, husband and now our daughter will be starting her journey. I highly recommend Alamo City Orthodontics.

Why Retainers Are the Most Important Part of Orthodontic Treatment
Most orthodontic patients focus on the braces or aligner phase — the active part of treatment that moves teeth from where they are to where they should be. When that phase ends, the focus often fades just as quickly. What orthodontists know — and what patients frequently underestimate — is that the retention phase is what actually preserves the result.
Back-to-School Braces: What San Antonio Families Need to Know Before the Year Starts
The list of things to handle before school starts in San Antonio is long. Supplies. Uniforms. Registration paperwork. Sports physicals. And somewhere, often at the bottom — or not on the list at all — the orthodontic appointment that would make the whole school year easier if it happened in August instead of December.
